STV is currently seeking a Project Accountant to join our team.

Role Overview:

The Project Accountant will be responsible for managing all financial and accounting activities related to assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all facets of project accounting, including project initiation and ongoing management.
  • Review and adjust time and expense entries, ensuring accurate revenue recognition.
  • Prepare and issue client invoices in line with company billing policies.
  • Monitor project costs and performance on a weekly basis.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations of Work in Progress (WIP) to align revenues and billings.
  • Ensure timely collection of Accounts Receivable and review vendor invoices related to projects.
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and support teams to achieve financial goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of nine years of experience in finance or project accounting.
  • Preferred familiarity with the BST system.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Experience in the Architectural/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry is highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits:
