Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team and cover various projects in the West market. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, directing, and implementing quality assurance and control processes and procedures on projects within their region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage data analytics and metrics within our quality tracking software to drive quality improvements
  • Provide regular quality status updates and quarterly metrics to stakeholders
  • Review deviation logs and identify areas for improvement
  • Communicate quality best practices, lessons learned, and updates to the field
  • Identify and develop training opportunities and oversee quality-specific trainings
  • Assist in the hiring and development of quality professionals
  • Participate in the development and implementation of Site-Specific Quality Plans
  • Drive knowledge sharing and process improvement across the company
  • Manage and update quality-related project manual policies and procedures
  • Support the implementation of the Quality Program on projects
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Quality Team on process improvement and training
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in construction quality control
  • Proven ability to implement and evaluate company-wide quality programs
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work with project partners and stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional certifications in quality management or a related field
  • Direct knowledge of materials, methods, and tools used in construction
