Express Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Histotechnician/Histotechnologist (Histo Tech) Allied to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical technology and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process, embed, cut, and stain surgical and autopsy tissue, as well as prepare and stain cytopathology specimens.
  • Manage patient tissue, preparing microscopic sections for diagnosis by pathologists and maintaining accurate documentation and supply management.
  • Perform specialized techniques required for diagnostic purposes and participate in our Quality Assurance program.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or HTL certification from a recognized agency.
  • NY State license as a Histotechnician AAS.
