About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to join our team at Performer Arts Center. As a key member of the TMC Arts division, you will provide critical business support to program departments, ensuring seamless execution of events and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Manage contracts with vendors, artists, and unions, ensuring compliance with agreements and regulations.
  • Schedule Management: Coordinate schedules, space requests, and calendar updates to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Finance Liaison: Interface with the Finance Department to manage agreements, invoices, and budget reforecasts.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, performing arts, or related field.
  • Experience: 7 years minimum related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Compensation: $91,500 - $97,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision plans, group term life insurance, flexible spending accounts, vacation and sick accruals, and 401(k) plan with employer match.
