Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Manager to join our team at Atria Senior Living Group, Inc. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents and ensuring the overall well-being of our community.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with mobility needs and daily living activities, including housekeeping, bathing, grooming, and routine personal tasks.
  • Assist in scheduling of caregivers and supervising of medication programs.
  • Act as liaison and maintain positive relations with residents and their families and physicians.
  • Solve problems and exhibit ethical behavior in partnership with community leaders and your team.
  • Receive on-the-job training and have opportunities for career growth and advancement.
Requirements
  • Must be a Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse with a current license in good standing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $40.00/hr - $46.00/hr, dependent on prior work history and experience. Our benefits package includes:

  • Paid holidays and PTO.

  • Employees may be eligible to receive an Annual Scores Reward of $500 (Full Time) or $250 (Part Time) based on community survey results.
