Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s degree)
- Valid State License as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
- Preferred experience in hospice or home health settings
- Proficient nursing skills as per established standards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and documentation tasks
- Reliable transportation for job-related duties
You will report directly to the Clinical Team Manager.
