As a Commercial Lines Producer, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth of their business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and grow revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of commercial insurance production experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid insurance licenses and Continuing Education (CE) credits as required by the State Department of Insurance.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, rating procedures, coverages, and industry operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
