About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Inpatient Physical Rehab team at Northwest Medical Center - Springdale. As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing excellent care to patients and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans to promote optimal recovery and independence.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective treatment.
  • Administer medications and perform various patient tests within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.
  • Teach patients and families about self-care skills, medication management, and condition-specific education to promote empowerment and independence.
  • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex patient needs and develop innovative solutions.
Requirements
  • A minimum of an associate's degree in Nursing and current RN licensure in the state of Arkansas.
  • Prefer a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Experience working in an inpatient rehabilitation setting and familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
