About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Inpatient Physical Rehab team at Northwest Medical Center - Springdale. As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing excellent care to patients and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate assigned patients and develop personalized care plans to promote optimal recovery and independence.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective treatment outcomes.
  • Administer medications, perform various patient tests, and provide education to patients and families on self-care skills and medication management.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop strategies to promote patient safety and prevent complications.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Requirements
  • A minimum of an Associate's degree in Nursing and current RN licensure in the state of Arkansas.
  • Experience in inpatient physical rehab or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
