About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team at Northwest Medical Center - Springdale. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans.
  • Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, ensuring seamless patient care.
  • Administer medications and perform patient tests within the scope of your practice.
  • Teach patients and families about self-care skills, promoting independence and empowerment.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • A minimum of an Associate's degree in Nursing and current RN licensure.
  • Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
