About the Professional Development Program

At Niagara Bottling, we're committed to fostering a culture of growth and development. Our Professional Development Program (PDP) is designed to equip recent college graduates with the skills and knowledge necessary to become high-performing team members and future leaders within our organization.

Program Overview

The PDP is a 18-24 month rotational program that provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of our business operations. Through a series of assignments in various departments, participants will gain hands-on experience and develop a broad range of skills, including:

  • Business Acumen: Develop a deep understanding of our company's operations, including manufacturing, sales, and marketing.
  • Leadership Development: Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced leaders, helping you to build your leadership skills and confidence.
  • Networking Opportunities: Connect with colleagues across the organization, building relationships and expanding your professional network.
  • Project Management: Work on meaningful projects that challenge you to think critically and develop innovative solutions.
Key Components

The PDP includes several key components, including:

  • Manufacturing Plant Rotation: Spend 4 months working in one of our manufacturing plants, gaining hands-on experience and understanding the inner workings of our operations.
  • Mentorship Support: Be paired with a mentor who will provide guidance, support, and feedback throughout your journey.
  • Rotational Assignments: Participate in a series of assignments in various departments, gaining a broad range of experience and developing a deep understanding of our business.

Requirements

To be eligible for the PDP, you must:

  • Have a Bachelor's Degree: Possess a degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Have 0-2 Years of Work Experience: Have little to no work experience, or have some experience in a related field.
  • Be a Strong Communicator: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
