Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Manage project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in industrial construction, with a focus on electrical construction.
  • Proven track record of project management experience, with a focus on electrical construction.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
