Physician Assistant/Acute Care Nurse Practitioner-Transplant Services Specialist

MaineHealth Maine Medical Center Transplant Services is seeking an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team.
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated healthcare professional to provide high-quality patient care in our Transplant Clinic and Kidney Transplant unit.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide comprehensive patient care in our Transplant Clinic and Kidney Transplant unit
* Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
* Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
* Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify potential health risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
* Work closely with our transplant team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
**Requirements:**
* Successful completion of an accredited Acute Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant program
* Two years of Acute Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant transplant experience preferred
* Current license issued by the State of Maine or eligible for licensure
* Current BLS certification
