Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic complaints, providing routine care and management of patients with complex health needs.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring seamless coordination of care.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and families, promoting health and wellness through evidence-based practices.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of policies and procedures that enhance patient care and safety.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of California.
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the State of California.
- National Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) from an agency accredited by the American Board of Nursing Specialties (ABNS).
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA).
