About Our Cardiac Care Team

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Telemetry unit at Research Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide high-quality care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized patient care and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
  • 1+ year of experience in a cardiac telemetry or critical care setting.
