Key Responsibilities
  • Project Execution
    • Lead and supervise junior riggers to ensure safe and efficient execution of projects.
    • Conduct site visits and write quotes for pending projects.
    • Maintain communication with customers regarding project requirements, timing, and expectations.
  • Team Management
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance junior riggers' skills and knowledge.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they meet project requirements.
  • Equipment Management
    • Ensure proper maintenance and inspection of equipment to prevent downtime and ensure safety.
    • Develop and implement procedures for equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Customer Relations
    • Foster positive relationships with customers through regular communication and project updates.
    • Address customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Qualifications
    • NCCO Rigger 1, 2, and Signalman qualifications required.
    • Class A CDL with no restrictions required.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a rigger, with at least 3000 documented rigging hours.
    • Strong mechanical reasoning and spatial awareness.
    • Situational awareness and ability to anticipate potential hazards.
    • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Education and Certifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Relevant certifications and training programs a plus.
Working Conditions

This is a physically demanding role that requires working in a fast-paced environment with heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
