About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Schematic Analyst to join our team at SAS Retail Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in enhancing the consumer's shopping experience by partnering with retailers to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with retailers to maintain a strong communication flow and provide the necessary tools to execute our services efficiently.
  • Assist in tailoring division assortments to meet regional and local needs while adhering to national guidelines.
  • Customize division assortments down to cluster and set size level, taking into account store space limitations.
  • Report data errors to the appropriate party for resolution and provide assortment analytics to supporting departments.
  • Work with Schematic Analyst I to verify items in the set room and set up/take down (when applicable).
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Non-perishable/perishable product knowledge and merchandising background preferred.
  • Strong PC skills, preferably with Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve business problems.
  • Team-oriented with excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written).
  • Customer service-oriented with the ability to maintain a positive attitude in all situations.
  • Strong sense of urgency, energy, and attention to detail.
  • Sterling integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
