About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Schematic Analyst to join our team at SAS Retail Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in enhancing the consumer shopping experience by maintaining strong communication with retailers and supporting the team in delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Category Assort Lead to tailor Division Assortment to meet regional and local market needs while adhering to national guidelines.
  • Customize Division Assortments down to cluster and set size level to optimize store space utilization.
  • Work with local ASM's to review and finalize Division Assortments.
  • Assist in understanding store space limitations and develop innovative solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Identify and report data errors to ensure accurate data.
  • Provide Assortment analytics to supporting departments to inform business decisions.
  • Work with Schematic Analyst I to verify item placement and set up/take down as needed.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Non-perishable/perishable product knowledge and merchandising background preferred.
  • Strong PC skills, preferably with Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve business problems.
  • Team-oriented with excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in all situations.
  • Strong sense of urgency, energy, and attention to detail.
  • Sterling integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business dynamics and seek opportunities for synergy and integration.
