About the Role

The Association of National Advertisers is seeking a detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our Marketing Training & Development Center. This individual will be responsible for assisting with lead generation, managing workshop execution, and handling data inputs using MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with lead generation and outreach to ANA members
  • Manage workshop execution, including virtual and in-person training events, registration links, and distribution of materials
  • Handle data inputs, invoicing, and monthly reporting
  • Monitor calls and customer research as assigned
  • Some travel may be required for workshops
Requirements
  • Relevant Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Marketing knowledge and/or familiarity with training management is a plus
  • Experience as a coordinator or comparable position in a service-oriented environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an outgoing customer service-oriented attitude
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications and virtual platforms
