Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Advisor to join our team at TAJ Technologies Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and managing project assignments through completion, communicating results, making recommendations to management, and providing training.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify required resources and research project data, procedures, and history to ensure a thorough understanding of project direction.
• Generate and analyze statistical data reports to inform project decisions.
• Develop, prepare, and manage project plans through completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Communicate activity progress to involved parties, resolving issues that arise involving clients when necessary.
• Transition programs to management personnel, ensuring seamless handovers.
• Participate in oral presentations, developing and providing training to management and colleagues as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or Quantitative Analysis from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Seven years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, including three years of project management, office operations management, managed care, insurance-related, and/or statistical analysis experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Skills and Knowledge

• Thorough knowledge of related field procedures or insurance-related procedures and/or managed care systems and operations.
• Strong knowledge of project management, statistical analysis, and leadership/management/motivational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills, and PC literacy, including Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to work in a team environment, meet or exceed Performance Competencies, and negotiate effectively.
