  • Demonstrate clinical proficiency in administering medications, executing procedures, and managing emergencies, while advocating for patient and family rights.
  • Assume leadership responsibilities, which may include serving as a charge nurse or preceptor, and actively participate in unit governance initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited institution.

  • Proficient in clinical skills and competencies necessary for safe practice.

Work Environment

  • Uniform: Scrubs required.
