Key Responsibilities- Assess and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and promote a culture of safety and quality.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, empowering them to take an active role in their healthcare.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and research, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, with a strong commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with ACLS and PALS certifications preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
