Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Services Program Director to join our team at Sacred Heart Rehabilitation Center. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong background in nursing and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director to develop and implement nursing care policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and evaluate nursing staff to ensure they are providing high-quality care to patients.
  • Develop and maintain quality and appropriateness of nursing standards and performance.
  • Plan and coordinate nursing staff coverage, including recruiting and hiring new staff members.
  • Participate in developing, implementing, and evaluating policies and procedures related to nursing care.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Michigan.
  • At least two years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience in chemical dependency and addiction treatment and detoxification is desirable.
