Job Description

YogaSix is a modernized yoga brand that promotes accessibility and is poised for nationwide adoption. We are currently looking for an amazing talent to join our team and seeking a motivated General Manager to lead our studio to success. This position will be based in Roseville, California.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow all revenue streams including Membership Sales, Lead Generation, Retail, and Teacher Training
  • Manage staff schedules and supervise Wellness Advisors and Teachers
  • Hire/manage all instructors at the studio
  • Strategically manage marketing campaigns that focus on new client acquisition, activation, retention, and loyalty
  • Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
  • Lead weekly Grassroots Marketing partnerships to drive new guest traffic
  • Work closely with Studio Owner and National Sales Director to ensure the health and profitability of the studio
  • Social media management of the studio's Instagram & Facebook accounts
Requirements:
  • A minimum of two (2) years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience
  • Proven experience to generate and follow-up on leads
  • Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail
  • Experience supervising people successfully
  • Confident in generating personal sales and training Wellness Advisors in sales
  • Strong customer service skills and an affinity & passion for fitness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast-changing & diverse environment
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency with computers and studio software
  • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public
  • Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat
  • Ability to stay calm at all times and act respectfully and professionally, even with customers who may become angry or raise their voices
