We are currently looking for an amazing talent to join our team and seeking a motivated General Manager to lead our studio to success This position will be based in Roseville California.

Working in partnership with the Franchise owner and other professional staff the General Manager will focus on studio membership sales organizing community support cobranding and building relationships with local businesses.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Manage and grow all revenue streams including Membership Sales Lead Generation Retail and Teacher Training
  • Manage staff schedules and supervise Wellness Advisors and Teachers
  • Hire/manage all instructors at the studio
  • Strategically manage marketing campaigns that focus on new client acquisition activation retention and loyalty
  • Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
  • Lead weekly Grassroots Marketing partnerships to drive new guest traffic
  • Work closely with Studio Owner and National Sales Director to ensure the health and profitability of the studio
  • Social media management of the studio s Instagram & Facebook accounts


Requirements

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:

  • A minimum of two (2) years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience
  • Proven experience to generate and followup on leads
  • Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail
  • Experience supervising people successfully
  • Confident in generating personal sales and training Wellness Advisors in sales
  • Strong customer service skills and an affinity & passion for fitness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to excel in a fastchanging & diverse environment
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency with computers and studio software
  • Ability to work harmoniously with coworkers clients and the general public
  • Professional punctual reliable and neat
  • Ability to stay calm at all times and act respectfully and professionally even with customers who may become angry or raise their voices

Successful Candidates Must Have: Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy Degree (MPT) from an accredited school Current Pennsylvania physical therapy license in good standing and all other state-required documentation At least 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist with experience in outpatient settings preferred At least one year of experience running a clinic preferred Interest in providing both orthopedic and vestibular therapy (pelvic floor is a plus, but not required) Computer literacy and proficiency in CPT and ICD-10 coding procedures Experience in a fast-paced outpatient clinic preferred Basic business skills and a thorough understanding of the economics of running a physical therapy clinic BLS-CPR certification Must be eligible to work in the United States-we cannot accept international candidates at this time Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with a wide variety of people Curious and eager to learn
