We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our Roseville YogaSix studio to success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving studio membership sales, organizing community support, co-branding, and building relationships with local businesses.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow all revenue streams, including membership sales, lead generation, retail, and teacher training.
- Manage staff schedules and supervise Wellness Advisors and Teachers.
- Hire and manage all instructors at the studio.
- Strategically manage marketing campaigns to focus on new client acquisition, activation, retention, and loyalty.
- Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
- Lead weekly Grassroots Marketing partnerships to drive new guest traffic.
- Work closely with the Studio Owner and National Sales Director to ensure the health and profitability of the studio.
- Social media management of the studio's Instagram & Facebook accounts.
- A minimum of two (2) years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
- Proven experience to generate and follow-up on leads.
- Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams, including memberships and retail.
- Experience supervising people successfully.
- Confident in generating personal sales and training Wellness Advisors in sales.
- Strong customer service skills and an affinity & passion for fitness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-changing & diverse environment.
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency with computers and studio software.
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public.
- Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat.
- Ability to stay calm at all times and act respectfully and professionally, even with customers who may become angry or raise their voices.
