Job Summary

As a Field Access Manager at BioSpace, Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring patients have access to our life-changing treatments. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your reimbursement expertise and passion for patient-centric care to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve patient-specific access barriers to our products

• Educate healthcare professionals on prior authorization and appeals processes, as well as provide high-level information on submission procedures and reauthorization requirements

• Work proactively to identify and resolve patient access and reimbursement issues within assigned geographies

• Serve as a reimbursement expert for patient support services teams, providing factual process information to healthcare professionals using patient consent

• Monitor patient start trends in assigned geographies and collaborate with market access teams to address emerging patient access challenges

• Maintain up-to-date repositories of plan-specific reimbursement criteria, forms, and submission procedures

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in reimbursement and patient access, market access, specialty pharmacy, or physician/system account management

• Bachelor's degree required

• Experience working with healthcare professionals and navigating payer reimbursement processes preferred

• Strong business acumen, communication, and presentation skills

• Ability to travel and cover large multistate geographies
