VIP Ambassador

Job Summary:

The VIP Representative is a key member of the Island View Casino Resort team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our valued VIP patrons. As a VIP Representative, you will be the face of our resort, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check in and check out VIP patrons in accordance with Island View Casino Resort standards.
• Act as an information resource regarding guest inquiries, providing accurate and timely information to ensure a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all guest needs are met.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of Island View Casino Resort's amenities, services, and promotions to effectively promote them to VIP patrons.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications.
• Cash handling and hotel experience a plus.
• Flexible hours to work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 21 years of age with a valid state-issued ID.
• Must meet requirements to obtain a Mississippi Gaming Badge.
