We are currently seeking both full-time and part-time educators for infant and preschool roles.

Our competitive salary range is $18.25 to $22.30 per hour, based on your educational background and experience in Early Childhood Education or related fields.

As an Early Childhood Educator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and facilitating activities tailored to the interests and needs of the children.
  • Maintaining open communication with parents, documenting and sharing key milestones in their child's development.
  • Ensuring a safe and clean classroom environment by adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications:

Applicants must successfully complete state and company background checks and meet the minimum educational and experience requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Preferred qualifications include early childhood coursework, CDA, or a related degree.
  • At least six months of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred.

Compensation Range: $18.25 to $22.30 per hour

The compensation range provided reflects what Bright Horizons anticipates offering for this position. Actual offers will depend on various factors including experience, education, and relevant qualifications.
