Daily Engagement:

Compensation:
The role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $17 to $23, with weekly payments. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, within the hours of 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:15 AM to 5:15 PM, providing a balanced work-life environment.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field
- Pediatric First Aid & CPR certification
- At least one year of experience working with children in a daycare setting as a Teacher Aide or Assistant
- Basic proficiency in English
- US Work Authorization (sponsorship not available)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Child Development Associate (CDA) certification
- Over one year of experience as a Lead Teacher
- Training in daycare safety protocols (SUID/SIDS, AHT, etc.)
- Familiarity with classroom management expectations
