As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care and treatments to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Monitor and document resident health status, including identifying and reporting any changes or concerns.
- Supervise and direct unlicensed staff, ensuring that they are providing high-quality care and adhering to our policies and procedures.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Minnesota.
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers certification.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a patient support role, preferably in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Windows and electronic charting systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with residents and families.
