Ebenezer offers a rewarding career opportunity for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Meadow Woods Assisted Living in Bloomington, MN.
We are committed to providing high-quality care and services to our residents, and we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team.
Responsibilities:- Provides skilled nursing care, including implementing practitioners' orders, ordering and assisting with medications and supplies, operating medical equipment, and charting practices.
- Lifts and transfers residents as needed, initiates emergency treatment as needed.
- Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff, updates RN with current observation, and completes documentation of resident health status.
- Communicates changes in residents' conditions to relevant individuals.
- May support RN by completing resident assessments, service agreements, and care plans.
- Required: MN LPN licensure, AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers, able to work independently, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred: Previous healthcare experience, comfortable using computers, handheld devices, phones, and fax machine.
