Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Finlays, you will play a key role in driving business growth through effective digital marketing strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement account-based marketing strategies tailored to specific customer profiles. You will also create and manage customer journeys that engage target accounts across digital touchpoints, ensuring seamless content delivery. Additionally, you will align ABM strategies with sales and customer success teams to ensure consistency and impact across all channels. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will optimize lead nurturing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, and timing.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement account-based marketing strategies tailored to specific customer profiles.
  2. Create and manage customer journeys that engage target accounts across digital touchpoints, ensuring seamless content delivery.
  3. Align ABM strategies with sales and customer success teams to ensure consistency and impact across all channels.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize lead nurturing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, and timing.

Qualifications & Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or similar roles.
  • Expertise in marketing automation software (Pardot preferred) and MS Office.
  • Proven experience with email marketing platforms (Pardot strongly preferred, or similar) and digital advertising platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
  • Working knowledge with CMS platforms, preferably Contentful, or WordPress, Webflow, or similar for content creation and management across digital channels.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimizing campaigns for maximum performance.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of comprehensive benefits, including:
