About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Rental Sales and Marketing Professional, you'll work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns. You'll also be responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

Education and Experience

">

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is required, as well as 5 years of equivalent job-related experience. A minimum of 1 year of sales experience is also required, with 3 years or more preferred. Industry experience is a plus.

Skills and Abilities

">

You'll need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Self-motivation, high energy, and the ability to work independently are also essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must, along with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation and Benefits

">

We offer a competitive salary range of $43,000 - $48,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a base salary, you may also be eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, prescription, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability insurance options, as well as paid time off for vacation, illness, bereavement, family and parental leave, and a tax-advantaged 401(k) retirement savings plan.
