In this vital role, you will be responsible for:

  • Strategic course planning and program oversight.
  • Forecasting enrollment trends and managing ADA accommodations.
  • Addressing student academic inquiries and concerns.

Your collaboration with both full-time and adjunct faculty will be essential, as you will coordinate with various program directors and provide support to the Registrar and Director of Continuing Education.

This position is crucial for nurturing a dynamic academic community, ensuring student advancement, and upholding rigorous standards of academic excellence.

Qualifications:

Essential Qualities:

  • Proven experience in cross-cultural engagement with students, faculty, and staff.
  • Understanding and appreciation for the Catholic context and mission of the Archdiocese.
  • Ability to design, implement, and evaluate student support processes and policies.
  • Collaborative mindset in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive matters.
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion in all interactions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Master's degree in Theology, Education, or a related field.
  • At least six years of progressively responsible experience in student services and academic advising.
  • Experience with Student Information Systems; familiarity with Jenzabar SONIS is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Technical Proficiencies:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and various database and web applications.

Communication Skills:

  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication abilities.
