Medical Specialist

AbbVie is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Specialist - Urology Division to join our team. As a Medical Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting BOTOX to meet and exceed sales goals in community and private practices, hospitals, and health systems.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Promoting BOTOX to meet and exceed sales goals
- Developing and executing a growth-oriented business plan
- Identifying and addressing customer needs with AbbVie resources
- Providing BOTOX education and clinical/injection training for residents, fellows, and hospital personnel
- Collaborating with other Account Specialists to promote BOTOX for approved indications
To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree or higher, 3-5 years of sales experience preferably in pharmaceuticals or medical devices/equipment, and a documented history of strong sales performance. You should also be able to manage complex sales and communicate/present/train to various audiences, possess the ability to lift/pull 25-100 lb. training models, and meet necessary hospital credentialing/vaccination requirements.
The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on your level of experience and qualifications.
