Job Title: Software Systems Administrator
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months+ extension
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the installation, configuration, and support of various software applications, including Salesforce, Filenet, SummationPro, Nagios, Jira, Jama, AWS, Azure, Oracle APEX, Tableau, PowerBI, SAP Portal, SAP BO, SAP GW, Lotus Notes/Domino, and Oracle APEX.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements, modifications, and upgrades, ensuring thorough testing processes are well-coordinated.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for system provisioning, maintenance, and support, including roll-back procedures and validation information.
- Provide training to new users and effectively troubleshoot system issues.
- Ensure process controls are aligned with optimal system performance.
