Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will work closely with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to provide support and guidance in their daily lives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one support and mentorship to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household management
  • Encourage and support individuals in their personal goals and aspirations
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document and report on individual progress and needs

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
