Job Title: General Maintenance Associate

We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Maintenance Associate to join our team at Lands' End. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform drywall repairs, painting, and cosmetic repairs to interior and exterior building structures
  • Operate tools and equipment required to complete assigned repair work
  • Complete assigned repair and touch-up work in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure overall quality and thoroughness of repair work for each assigned job
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of professional experience in maintenance and repair
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to use common hand tools and power tools
  • Troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Physical stamina for lifting equipment and working at various heights and in tight spaces
  • Basic plumbing experience a plus
  • Ability to become forklift certified
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
