We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Lands' End. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing light maintenance tasks in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience in basic home maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform drywall repairs and painting tasks to maintain the interior and exterior of our facilities.
  • Operate tools and equipment required to complete assigned repair work.
  • Ensure all repair work is completed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet quality and thoroughness standards for each assigned job.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to use common hand tools and power tools.
  • Troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Physical stamina for lifting equipment and working at heights.
  • Basic plumbing experience a plus.
  • Ability to become forklift certified.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
