Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our battery design team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and releasing battery pack/module system performance and requirements. You will lead a team to develop a battery system that meets customer requirements, including defining and releasing Battery Management System (BMS) performance and function to the BMS team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Face and communicate with customers to understand and transfer battery system requirements.
  • Collaborate with the cell team to recommend cell proposals for specific battery systems.
  • Organize the battery system development team to work out battery/module design proposals.
  • Build cell performance models using test data and predict cell voltage and thermal performance under various drive profiles.
  • Plan battery system development validation requirements and tests.
  • Report and explain battery system design proposals and plans to customers.
  • Support product project matched pairs for reporting activities.
What We Offer

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package at Gotion. We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$140,000 USD, depending on skills, qualifications, experiences, and location. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
