The Music Instructor plays a crucial role in guiding students through their musical development, covering a wide range of genres from classic rock to contemporary hits. The Instructor fosters a supportive and engaging atmosphere, ensuring that each student enjoys a remarkable musical experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Music Instruction:
    • Deliver high-quality music lessons, including both private sessions and group performances.
    • Ensure students grasp the fundamentals of music theory and practice, rather than merely learning songs.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.
  • Student and Parent Engagement:
    • Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.
    • Be approachable and visible within the school community to foster relationships with students and their families.
    • Assist with rehearsals and contribute to the overall functioning of the program.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in teaching or performing music professionally.
• Strong understanding of music theory and curriculum development.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with a diverse range of individuals.
• Exceptional organizational capabilities and customer service skills.
• Resourceful problem-solver who thrives under pressure.
• Ideal candidates are active musicians with formal music education.
• A positive, enthusiastic, and patient attitude is essential.
• Good judgment and a genuine passion for teaching are a must.
