Hire Society is a reputable recruitment company seeking an organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the President, Owner, and Executive Team in our Southampton office.

Job Summary:

We are offering a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year for this role, commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, maintaining calendars, coordinating meetings, drafting correspondence, and providing administrative support to the Executive Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage office logistics while maintaining consistency of standards and procedures
  • Maintain and manage calendars across time zones
  • Coordinate meetings and heavy correspondence across multiple platforms
  • Create and implement a daily checklist to ensure productivity
  • Draft email correspondence, job descriptions, and references
  • Organize and screen mail and packages
  • Schedule and coordinate phone, Zoom, and in-person interviews and meetings both internally and on behalf of clients
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year College or University preferred but not required
  • Minimum 2-5+ years related experience working as an EA, EPA, or Office Manager
  • High EQ a MUST
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
