As a Research Principal Engineer for Advanced Technologies, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our company by leading R&D projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop new research strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in science and engineering, with experience in applied research and development. A Ph.D. or M.S. degree in a relevant field is required, along with at least 3 years of experience in research capacity. You will be responsible for managing technical program resources, including leading direct and/or indirect reports, and maintaining knowledge of state-of-the-art principles and theories.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $145,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, Honda offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match and additional contribution.
