Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Manage and oversee the branch's operations, including staffing, to ensure successful and timely completion of assigned duties.
  • Customer Service: Maintain strong relationships with our customer base, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee all aspects of inventory management, including purchasing, receiving, and stocking of products.
  • Financial Management: Manage branch finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Team Development: Provide guidance and training to subordinates, promoting teamwork and a positive work environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Effectively coach, counsel, and hold employees accountable, resolving conflicts and addressing performance issues.
  • Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement plans to increase branch profitability and productivity, driving continuous improvement processes.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the HVAC wholesale industry, including products, services, and market trends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and vendors.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply sound judgment and make informed decisions.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred.
