Key Responsibilities

As a Reliability Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Utilizing PdM Technologies to condition, monitor, and predict equipment failures in a proactive maintenance environment
  • Troubleshooting, repairing, and providing continuous improvement for Nutritional Processing and/or Packaging equipment
  • Performing PdM Routes using PdM Technologies (Thermography, Ultrasonic, Vibration Analysis)
  • Performing equipment calibrations
  • Troubleshooting and repairing Process Control Systems, packaging equipment, and processing equipment
  • Assisting manufacturing representatives, Project Engineering, Contract Engineering, and departmental personnel on new equipment installation
  • Modifying existing equipment and identifying alternative measures for correcting or improving control systems
  • Inspecting, operating, and testing machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions and provide support for root cause analysis
Requirements

We're looking for individuals with a strong background in electronics technology and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A two-year Associate Degree in Electronics Technology (or equivalent), plus at least one year of experience
  • Strong team-oriented skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • A self-starter mentality, with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Good organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • The ability to follow and maintain detailed repair procedures
