Job Summary

U.S. Tsubaki Automotive, LLC is seeking a skilled Injection Molding Technician I to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for maintaining the daily operation of molding machines and ensuring the production of high-quality parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and troubleshoot molding equipment, including molding machines, dryers, and grinders.
  • Ensure the quality of produced parts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
