Job Summary

The Injection Molding Technician is responsible for maintaining the daily operation of molding machines, ensuring that the machine is producing high-quality parts and operating at optimal productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Molding Equipment, including molding machines, dryers, and grinders
  • Ensure Quality of Parts, adhering to strict quality control standards
  • Understand and interpret part prints, work instructions, and quality check sheets
  • Make adjustments to machine parameters as needed, with assistance from colleagues
  • Pull and set molds, with assistance as required
  • Start and stop robots, making minor adjustments as necessary
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to three years of related experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Work Environment

The work environment is dynamic, with occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level is generally moderate.
