As a leading provider of automotive testing facilities, we offer a comprehensive suite of services to clients in the commercial automotive sector. Our clientele includes major vehicle manufacturers, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and participants from the global motorsports arena.

Our expertise spans a wide array of automotive testing facilities, such as climatic and driveability wind tunnels; aerodynamic, acoustic, and thermodynamic wind tunnels; emissions testing rooms; soak rooms; altitude chambers; engine and powertrain testing cells; and electromagnetic anechoic chambers. We not only design and construct these facility systems but also manage, operate, and maintain them.


Position Overview:

The APTL is in search of a candidate with experience in analytical and sampling system repairs. The selected individual will be tasked with performing preventative maintenance, quality control, and unscheduled repairs of emission systems within the laboratory. Candidates should possess experience in dynamometer/chassis testing and/or analytical and sampling system repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of Test Sites
  • Conduct Regular Preventive Maintenance and Repairs
  • Assist Vendor Support as Needed
  • Manage Inventory of Consumables and Spare Parts
  • Maintain Daily Status Logs for the Site
  • Support a Three-Shift Operation
  • Assist in Powertrain Emissions Development, U.S. Certification, Homologation, and Vehicle Engineering Problem Resolution
  • Contribute to the Development of New Equipment and Testing Methodologies to Meet Emission and Fuel Economy Standards
  • Undertake Additional Assignments to Achieve Corporate Goals
  • Collaborate Across Multiple Laboratories as Required

This is a full-time role, offering benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, 14 paid holidays, and 17 days of paid time off. Additionally, we provide $5,000 annually for tuition reimbursement. All necessary tools and personal protective equipment (PPE) will be supplied.

Essential Qualifications:

Additional Responsibilities:
