Job Summary

V2Soft is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer Controls Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software solutions for the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and develop software solutions for automotive control systems
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software meets requirements and is delivered on time
* Develop and execute test plans to validate software functionality
* Troubleshoot and resolve software issues to minimize false positive incident reports

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
* 5+ years of experience in automotive software development or validations
* Experience with software testing or quality assurance methodologies
* Strong understanding of electrical systems and control systems

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's Degree in Engineering or related field
* Experience with development and execution of functional test procedures within a software or vehicle testing organization
* Experience with bench testing of distributed electrical systems and electrical schematics for vehicle components and systems
